Cancellation policy

Subscription services at SEOexpert.bg are offered as fixed prepaid periods of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or another term specified for the relevant plan. The full price for the selected period is paid in advance at the time of order, and the discount for that period is valid only with full upfront payment for the entire term.

The subscription renews automatically for the same term unless automatic renewal is turned off no later than 23:59 (Europe/Sofia) on the day before the next billing date. Turning off automatic renewal applies only to the next term and does not terminate the current period that has already been paid for.

Once performance has begun, no refund is due for the unused portion of the current prepaid term, except where such a refund is required under mandatory applicable law.

Where the buyer is a consumer and has requested performance to begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, then in the event the right of withdrawal is exercised within that period, the proportional value of the services actually provided up to the time of withdrawal shall be due.
