Return and refund policy
SEOexpert.bg provides digital and remote services. As a rule, these services do not involve the delivery of physical goods, so returns of physical products do not apply.
Consumers’ right of withdrawal
When the buyer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law and the contract has been concluded at a distance, they may withdraw from the order within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, except where the law provides otherwise.
Request for immediate start of the service
When the customer expressly requests the service to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, performance may start immediately after payment and after the required data, access, materials, and approvals have been provided. In such a case, if the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 days, SEOexpert.bg has the right to retain or charge the proportional value of the services actually performed up to that point.
Full performance of the service
When the service has been fully performed following an express request for immediate commencement and upon explicit confirmation that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance, the right of withdrawal after full performance does not apply in the cases provided by law.
Subscription services with a fixed prepaid term
Subscription services are offered as fixed prepaid periods of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or another term specified on the relevant product page. The full price for the selected term is paid in advance, and the stated discount is valid only upon full upfront payment for the entire period.
Stopping automatic renewal takes effect only for the next period and does not terminate the current term that has already been paid for.
Once performance has started, no refund is due for the unused portion of the current prepaid term, except where this is required by mandatory applicable law.
When refunds are not provided
No refund is due for delay, suspension, or limited performance caused by missing access, incomplete information, delayed approvals, lack of content, delayed feedback from the customer, or limitations, changes, and technical dependencies in third-party platforms and services that SEOexpert.bg does not control.
When a refund may be provided
When SEOexpert.bg cannot start or perform a paid service for reasons for which it is responsible, and a substantial part of the service has not been provided, the full amount paid or a proportional part of it may be refunded according to the part that has actually not been performed.
In the event of an obvious duplicate payment or a technical billing error, the overcharged amount will be corrected or refunded.
How to submit a request
For withdrawal, termination, a payment-related question, or a refund request, the customer must contact us through the contact form on SEOexpert.bg or at sales@SEOexpert.bg, stating their name, email, order number, and a brief description of the case.
Additional rules
This policy applies together with the Terms and Conditions, the Delivery Policy, and, where applicable, the Withdrawal Policy for subscription or recurring services. In the event of any conflict, mandatory applicable law shall prevail.
